Loosen the 2 screws on the side of the tps (located on the ps of throttle body shaft). Pull it as far forward as possible, and then angle the plug end up (to raise) or down ( to lower) the voltage. It should read about .46 @ idle and over about 4.5 @ WOT. I hope that was clear enough. It's trial and error to get both right at the same time.
I have found that .46v , engine running, is too much, and get better results with a max idle setting of .45v . There's a difference of .02 volts between engine on and engine off......
