Seventh Injector or 7 Shooter?

Does anyone recognize this setup? Is it a "7 Shooter" or "Seventh Injector"? I'd like to remove it, but I'm unsure of two things:

1) What do I do with the harness that was hooked up to it (white arrow in the pictures) ? Should it connect somewhere else once the "seventh injector" is removed?
2) Do I need to cap the schrader valve once I remove all of the fittings for the "seventh injector"?
