Shift Light

I have an Extender Extreme chip...Wondering what I need to do when programming the shift light?? The directions say (Parameter 8 * 100) + 4800 = set point

So if I type 100 in parameter 8 that would be 4900 If I put 200 in parameter 8 that would be 5000 etc....

Is this correct??

NO.....base is 4800 rpm + 1(=100rpm) = 4900/shift light, +2= 5000, +3= 5100............etc. HTH.

Every time I put in anything more than 100 in that cell it would default all other parameters, so I knew something wasn't right!!
