Any pics or helpful hints on changing shifter cable and / or changing shifter completely to another style??
Cable broke and looking for options, thanks for any info..............................

I've got a used GM shifter cable for a GN in good shape..$25. + shipping.

It's a simple 15min install.

Do you change from inside or under car? Console need to come out? May take your cable if I can't find one local, how fast can you ship to 32713

Centre console needs to come out. Just have to remove the bolts that secure it (located on the bottom of the console compartment). Also need to remove the shift display plate (easy, just a few screws securing it in place).

Remove the clip holding the cable in place (inside the car) & then remove the cable from the transmission .

Shouldn't take you more than 10-15 minutes if it's your first time.
