Why don't you contact Brian at Gbodyparts or tta owner / James for that selector slide piece you need?

As far as the shifter plate -
Buy any one with good chrome and then either:
1 - The nicest one for whatever price you can bear
2 - Or the least nicest one; yet still with good chrome - and the applique kit from GNS, Kirbans etc.
Most of them are due for a refresh anyway - so I go for Door #2 usually.
