Shifter top-plate applique?

Does anyone make an applique for the shifter top plate that is reasonably close to stock in appearance? I never thought it would happen, but after years of my little Blaupunkt remote sitting in front of the ash tray the applique is actually worn through from it sliding around! My car isn't a show car or anything but little defects like that annoy me, particularly when they are self inflicted.
