Shipping box from Chicago to Seattle...need ideas

Son has made a clay sculpture of 2 figures. It's securely boxed but cannot withstand typical baggage handling. He needs to get it from Chicago to Seattle. It weighs 45 lbs...16"x18"x18"

Cheap and gentle are equally important.

Any ideas on shipping??

Or better yet...anybody driving this route in the next few weeks??

Greyhound bus goes terminal to terminal with packages.

Reasonably cheap and only handled twice.

At that size I would double box it, probably be around $20 maybe $25.

Thanks....I've passed uship.com onto my son. What would be best is if you could drive that mighty fine looking Turbo Regal to Seattle in a couple weeks and take that boxed sculpture out there in style
