hello people; I don't ship much but my latest experiance with the PO with a insured pc. is a pain in the arse. I tried to put a claim for damadge on the on line form but in would'nt work. There was a number I could call for help and I did with no help but they said I could go to the PO in person and complete the form. They needed the damaged box, and info I have to call the seller for. Leave the item for how knows how long and wait. It's more than that but I cut it short. I don't know but I think UPS or Fed EX might be a better choice?
