Shocks and wheels

I plan on lowering my vehicle but for now I need to replace my rear shocks, nothing expensive but good for street racing, any suggestions.. Also what is the size of the factory rim on a grand national 15x7 or 15x6? I want a wider tire until I buy my new wheels and tires. Thanks

stock wheels are 15x7, and I just got some KYB's from summit
28$ a piece, they work great. My cars lowered 1 1\2 inch in the front.
