Shorted out my car

I shorted my car out while disconnecting the battery. It sparked pretty bad. Now there is no power to the car. Any ideas what I blew?

Did you disconnect the positive terminal? If you do the negative to disconnect power (or negative first when pulling both terminals) you dont have to worry about your wrench shorting out on anything but the positive terminal.

Oh, do you mean the heat shield blanket over the coolant reservoir?
