Hey guys,
I just put in an RJC hybrid boost controller, but I don't like how it just kinda lays there. I was afraid it would bounce and clatter around or hit the turbo and melt the hose so I zip tied it to the engine lifting bracket but it looks like A$$. Any suggestions?

put mine up where the stock wastegate solonoid is zipped it right too it

That's a good idea. I'll have to buy 4' of extra vacuum line to get it up there.

Vacuum line is DIRT cheap at Rock Auto. Under "Extras" tab once in the catalog. I bought a bunch.

Mine has always just floated near the compressor, easy access and won't melt on anything. (old pic, just noticed SLIC )

I may just let it "float" . Much easier to adjust when it's not zip tied down.

if you have a long enough hose just ziptie the compressor side hose to it so the valve just floats on the firewall side of the solonoid that way you can still remove the adjustable barb side hose. ziptie it around the hose where it slips on the valve so it has a support

I used one of the rear heat shield bolts, a spacer, and an adel clamp.

Can someone explain what the boost controller does? I have a 2800 stall converter and I have noticed that boost comes on at 2800 rpm. Will this boost controller cause the boost to come on earlier, and if so, how does it do it? I have an ATR external wastegate and no puck in my downpipe. I have seen a similar one on ebay selling for $19.95. Will a boost controller benefit me? Thanks.
