I got my 200r4 rebuilt about 3500 miles ago. It never shifted right since I got it back and I have no way of bringing it back to the place that it got rebuilt(I am across the country) and I was wondering if maybe someone could me diagnose it.

Around 4000 RPM, it starts to slip and keeps slipping for about a second. Since the transmission was new, I dont think the clutches could have just died like that, although they may be shot by now since I have been driving it like that. What are the symptoms of a slipping torque converter? Also, There is a loud howling noise coming from the Tranny to when I drive, It goes away when the car is in Neutral so it has to be behind the engine.

Any help is appreciated---Bobby
