Hi!

I´m wondering about my second-third shifting, tranny was rebuilt last year. I think the changes was the same before the rebuilt but i´m not sure, you know the swedish brian by now..... ;-)
Anyway, its very slow with the Thrasher 92 chip but if i put in the strip chip with lock up its faster, also faster with the 92 and a paper clip.
Could this be an electrical problem or some strange mechanical thing in the tranny?

Thanks,

You're altering the shift feel by locking the torque converter during the 2-3 shift. Because you loose the cushion effect provided by the unlocked converter, naturally the shift will feel firmer.

If your shift isn't what it's suppossed to be, you'll need to look at the transmission itself to determine why.
