Slow Take Off

I think I know the answer to this question but i'll ask you guys anyway.

I've notice the car is slow to take off if i give it a little gas. Much slower than my pontiac g6. i have to push the pedal 1/4 the way down to get any speed i feel is exceptable. I know im not explaining this the best.... sorry. Anyway i was looking under the hood near the throttle. And i see the throttle cable linkage is streched. Could this be my problem and if so how do i fix it and where's the parts.

You talkin about that thin cable on top??? That's not the throttle cable, it's the TV valve cable and usually looks a little stretched.

I guess this is it but just to be specific its connected to the throttle valve.

There's three cables hooked to the throttle! You said it looked stretched, but you didn't say which one.
