These will extremely limit your available night time illumination which could be very dangerous & resulting in accident (collision or fatality )

Mark Huefmann sells these on his website.
I never drive my car in weather or at night and if I do. I’ll just remove them. It’s not a daily driver
But I guess this is what this was supposed to mean.
