Yep, you were right! I adusted base fuel pressure up 10% and now blm is 128! Before doing this, best I could get it was 135. Thanks NOSLO6. On another note, my other GN had low blm's, around 118. So on this car I leaned out fuel pressure at idle to the tune of 10% and sure enough blm went up to 128.
