Vacuum is highest at idle. Let's hope it's no oil being pulled through the guides.

So Monday morning and I got into this issue with a vengeance. First, yes all parameters were at 128 so if there were any adjustments made before I got the car, they are long gone. I guess leaving at default absent any track information is the way to go? Adjusted tps (a true balancing act) til idle = .44 and WOT = 4.6. Checked vacuum at idle = 15-15.5. No smoke today so far so I will keep my fingers crossed. Learned a ton in just 24 hours. thanks everyone.
Yup, that is a by product of combustion. Water vapor.

Leave everything on default.
Yeah, that's the plan. I wouldn't know what to change and how much anyway. I'm guessing 15-15.5 vacuum at idle is normal for these cars?

Vacuum is fine. If you didn't order the chip for your car. then you might wanna remove...flip it over...and see what Eric has written on it. Remove battery voltage when removing/replacing a chip.
