So, what's for dinner??

OK.. we're all about to stuff our faces, or have already done so. I actually had to work today, but we still celebrated Thanksgiving. My students were asking about Thanksgiving and what was in a typical Thanksgiving dinner. So I thought I'd ask here.

What'd y'all have for Thanksgiving dinner. Include pics if ya like.

We had a small turkey (just two people) with gravy, sweet potato caserole and string beans.

Not a very large dinner, but for the two of us, it'll last several days. I can (and better say) that Gina did a fantastic job cooking.

So let's here what you had!

I guess you could say we had a turbo Buick Thanskgiving. Slograndnational and BarnesGN (Pat & Sam) came over with their families, along with my Mom. We had a huge spread, smoked turkey from the HoneyBaked Store, sweet potatoes, sweet potato casserole, dressing/stuffing, gravy,green bean casserole, deviled eggs,potato salad, cranberry salad, carrots,rolls,pumpkin pie, and Boston cream pie. Sat around watching VH1 rip on bad fashion , videos. Guess we shoulda took some digtal pics of the cars at least.

we grilled a HUGE turkey, mashed potatoes, corn caserole, rolls, string bean caserole, cranberry sauce...stuffing....oh yeah, and BEER and FOOTBALL....

Well...

So far, Ive cracked open a 12 pack of Bud
Started baking sugar cookies
Havent decided what Im gonna have for dinner yet.
Probably frozen dinner......lol

My dad and sisters cant get along together for more than 2 seconds, so Im by myself this year. I actually really wanted to work today. I knew I wasnt going to have anywhere to be, but the boss says no OT. Oh well, I guess I will just be twice as busy tomorrow!
