i have two of those heavy duity oil cooler hoses that go from around the filter to the radiator. the ones on my T are damp around the mettal clamping on the hose.

to replace them, i cant get the radiator conection loose with
my line wrenches. i need more torque. what should i do??

also its time for a serpintine belt replacement. the tensioner is impossalbe for me to pull the right way to relive tension, its either really hard or some how stuck. what tool should i use here?

im a little week in the arms so its tough for me to get tight bolts,

what should i do (besides go to the gym, im starting soon)

:D

As long as you have straight access to where the bolt or nut is, the easy fix is to use a longer socket wrench, or bigger breaker bar, or slide a small diameter piece of pipe over your wrench to extend it. That will give you more torque without having to apply more physical force.

Spray the fittings down with a good penetrating oil a day before you try to muscle the thing loose. You would be suprised how much this helps....

Hold some tension on your wrench and give it a smack with a hammer, it should come loose without rounding off the nuts. Put a little anti-seize on the threads when you put it back together.
