I am at 15 psi and 22 deg timing and AFR's at 11.0 with 93 octane. Engine is weber 109 stroker with cast heads. I am just getting a little knock in 3rd with alky pump set to max on 8. Will a second nozzle help?

Combo details:

weber 109 stroker
6765 turbo
83 lb inj
cast heads-oringed,big valves, ported
FAST efi

Post up the rest of your combo. Turbo, injectors, fuel pumps. Hard to tell anything without that info.

Is your alky pump putting out? I'm around 25 psi on 93 oct. with a smaller turbo than yours , with injectors like yours up only to like 7% added fuel and AFR 11:0-11:6
With no knock in 3rd , just the 2/3 shift. Alky knob on 6.

So verify your Alky pump is putting out. Press black button on the controller to see if the engine is stumbling when at idle in park. If your pump is ok meaning not leaking & you are not knowing about it then maybe you have to go inside the pac box like I did & turned up the initial just a bit.

How much timing are you running ? Do you have 1 or 2 nozzles

You should be able and run 15 psi on straight pump gas with some less timing. Matter of fact if your starting your tuning then timing should be way lower like 16-18 degree's. And with knob on 8 you shouldnt see any knock at that low of boost level unless there is something else going on. The thought of adding another nozzle at low boost forget about it.

So either you have a bad alcohol pump(weak, leaking, etc) or you have false knock.

23/22 sometimes 23/21. I Only have One nozzle.

Also how Old is your Alky pump? what do you always run through it Meth or denatured? Where do you buy it from race track or other?

Alky pump is 3 years old. I run meth purchased from a local dealer, it is the good stuff. I think I have a timing issue and need to verify everything. I need to make sure the engine timing matches the FAST system. I report back in a few days with results.

Unless your checking pressure output, you may need to have the pump inspected. The ways around this are as follows. But all get the same result.

You need to get a pressure gauge T'd into the line to see pressure. Here are a few options.
1) Go and get a 300 PSI liquid filled gauge from a HYD store and build the lines.
2) I sell a tester that screws to the OEM tank and has a gauge and nozzle built in.."Tester" these are 85 for guage, nozzle, cap, fittings, and simulator.
3) Buy an electronic pressure gauge that will read pressure. These are 220.00
4) Send pump to me for testing. Free for test.. shipping will cost you 12 each way.
5) Add a transducer to your alky kit and record it with the FAST(XFI). This way you can see pressure everytime you datalog. Kits are 140.
6) Buy a new pump that way you know what you have.

When cars get a little more serious with mods and you need to know.. you need to know. A stock Buick at 20 PSI boost and your car are diametrically different animals. Your fuse is very short and mistakes can happen quickly. My own pump every two seasons gets freshened(new diaphram, valves, seals, etc) . We started putting covers on pumps Dec 09 and that was to keep water from getting into the pumps motor. I dont know if your pump has a cover or not, if it doesnt.. that may be something else that could be going on and causing an issue. Pumps with covers only suffer from two things. Either trash gets into it or chemical reactions and then they leak. If the pump has any leak.. its down on output and needs service.

Hope this helps.

I'll be calling you this morning to order that transducer for my FAST system :)
