I was told they were BMS--been in storage since 1995-1996. Yes they are off center @ the top--bottoms are indentical. Look to be forged. Stock length--press pin I believe. Pin bore measures--.924--Would look good in your shop!!! Don't appear to have any work done to them --May be new. SPS 22 on the bolt head---has bolts and 12 point nuts.
