Something different to look at. My 84' V8 Toyota Flatbed

Well let me start off by saying I have been a diehard Toyota fan as long as I can remember. I have owned 10+ over the years and always had a “perfect truck” in mind. So this is a story of what I ended up with. The truck started out as a 84’ long wheel base. It was my daily driver for around a year. During that time a full suite of general and preventative maintenance was done (seals, bearings, brakes, ect.). With 3” of lift on 33’s I was quite happy until I was hit in the passenger rear at 65mph sending the truck flipping 4 times before coming to stop. Now with a bent frame and crushed cab it was set to the side with disgust. Having little income at the time and needing a “hunting truck” my friend and I set out with the goal of getting it going on a budget.
To keep from needing a drive shaft we cut the frame 24.5” and removed the damaged section. This done away with the swing bearing drive shaft and brought the rear drive shaft right up to the transmission. I found a solid 88’ 2wd cab, welded up a make shift bed and was back in business. I used the truck in that configuration for about a year before landing a nice job and obtaining the funds to build what I really wanted. Rather than write a ton more about what was done. I’ll just list the specs and answer questions if any.
