I was having the lower body bushings done today and they went in with a snap. No troubles at all. :D When the car was on the hoist, I said let's change the fuel filter while it's up in the air. We put a new filter on and with the old one, found out it is 50% plugged. That could of led to some serious troubles:eek: I paid the $14.00 canadian for a new filter and now can relax knowing I am sytematically making my car better and better. Any other tips and experiences?

If I found that my filter was that plugged I would probably drop my tank and have a look in there.

Adjust fuel pressure?

That's a good call. Do you have to reset your fuel pressure when you switch a bad filter out?

Not sure

I don't know but when the mechanic tried to blow through it, little air would pass. I don't know if hr did more but he said it was half plugged. I do see a new tank in my car though. Previous owner must not have changed the filter at the same time:confused: I believr it because there has been some neglect to my car before from the previous owner.
