How likely is it that I need to replace the direct clutch plastic spring support? My video says that if it is not discolored or if its flexible then it is ok to reuse. I'm wondering because it sure isn't flexible, it almost feels brittle.
If I should replace it where do I get one?
The other question is on the 2nd gear band anchor pin. If I set it into the hole in the case, the top of the pin does not sit square with the valve body surface. I would guess it has about .005-.008" clearance in the hole. It almost looks like the hole is not perpendicular to the valve body surface. Its not worn that way although it does have some side load marks. How critical is this and can I leave it? Thanks

You should be ok with the spring separator. As long as it doesn't look burnt or severely discolored you good. As far as the anchor pin not being perpendicular to the valvebody...that is normal.
