I believe it's" 1999-'04 Ford Lightning Trucks with 5.4-liter:

Rock Auto shows them as the part used on supercharged F-150 truck engines.

Found them thank you. So now I need to get a chip for them. Thank you again placed my order last night.

I have chips from Eric at Turbotweak 5.7, , and Bob Bailey Extender Extreme for Translator GenII, both work fine for me, I've used those injectors in two cars well over 100K on each set daily driving.
