In need of Speedometer Cable that runs from transmission to the cable under the hood.

I have an '87 GN.

You can still buy a new ac Delco from the dealer. The new one is all I piece and not two. The two piece was under to simplify the cars assembly at GM.

I'm pretty sure the part number is:
cable speedometer 88959481

Double check before you buy it but that is what I have for a new one. I bought one a few years ago and it was about $26. Remember, the new cable is all one piece and not two like the original.

I would imagine it would. Look the Cutlass up on GMpartsdirect and see what part number they have for a speedo cable
