Hello boys,

quick question for you guys, i am finishing off my autometer dash and the last problem i am facing is that hall effect sensor.

i spoke to a speedo guy and he told me that it will not matter which size teeth i use for the drive or driven gear because the signal i am sending out is a electric one. before i had a chance to ask him to explain he bombarded me with a crap load of info.

could someone verify or falsify he statement and explain why and how??

also, i am currently running 275/60/15's with 3.42 gears so what would be the ideal tooth count if need be.

thanks

Adrian
