Speedometter cable from the tranny

So my speedometer cable sheared off from the tranny end and is there a replacement inner cable

Had something similar happen on my car. Bought an aftermarket cable from Advance Auto I believe. Carefully removed the end that attaches to the trans and inner cable as well. Installed in old cable housing on my car Worked like a charm. No issues for 5+ years.
