How hard to change? Any links and is it possible to do in my garage? I have ramps, jacks etc...

The only thing that is hard is getting the stock bushings out of the hog head. Then getting the Spohn poly bushings press in. If you have the right tools it still can and will be a bitch. Other then that the rest is easy.

If you do the bushings on the diff I highly recommend the hr parts tool. I pulled the old bushings and installed the new ones in 10 minutes

x2 as they said above. The bushings were a bitch to get out. I didn't have a special tool and it took awhile to get them out. I did it on lift which also made setting the pinion angle easier.
