I'll start. I think in daily driver trim I should be able to take mine into the 11s. 10s in race trim if I don't blow it up first.

Would be awesome to see you get into the 10's or 11's...

Not sure what I will do. Want to get a good tune....110 octane w/chip and drag radials...hopefully get at least a 1.9 60ft......what ya think I will turn? High 12's low 13's? It justs so hard to say. I have a date with a new BMW M3, '87 supp'd up iroc-z, 94 Z28, and a WRX sti.....all these guys are from work. Should be fun!! I want to beat the BMW so bad:mad: He should run 12.9 to 13.1!! If I get below 13.5 I will be very happy first time to the track and all.

I'm looking for mid to high 12's this spring with my current set up. (with tuning and a new chip)

Then after adding alcohol injection and a bigger turbo late this summer I am hoping to break into the 11's. (of course this will all depend on my $$$$ situation)

We will have to wait and see how things work out the first couple times at the track, and then I will make appropriate changes.

Like 1quick85, I will be happy if the car runs in the mid 13's on its first trip to the track.

ET'S

With a good 60, at least below 1.9, I expect to be in the mid to low 12's. Best run so far has been a 13.3 @ 104mph w/ a 2.2 60ft and bad spark plug wires popping on the top end.

Well I'm going with a new setup now so I'm thinking that if I must do then I need to do it big so hopefully 11's are posssible which should not be far out of reach with you guys tech support

im going to be running a few different setups this year to chart the gains of each upgrade. should be interesting. heres the list:

1) stock turbo, full boltons - looking for low 13s/high 12s
2) TA33 - looking for low 12s/high 11s
3) adding an intercooler - looking for low 11s

the first "phase" of my project should be done in a few weeks. however, i need the trans rebuilt with a 2800 stall and some slicks to get the E/T #s im after

Good luck getting into the 12s on the stock turbo. I know someone on here has done it. i went 106mph with it but I had a 2.3 60' and couldn't break out of the 13s. I also broke the shaft at that level. I would like to see you do it just to prove it can be done.

Stock Turbo!!

It was either Reds Hot Air or Buick from Hell, went 13.00 stock everything. Can't remember which, but both were very close.

ok...lol...I am going to go and say it...11's for me 100%...many mods, many heavy parts, lots of fuel, lots of alky, and guess what!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!...maybe in two years!!!! lol

I got my wedding, my college tuition, and a house on the way (NO KIDS DAMMIT!!!), so the car seems to have the back seat for a few months. A few parts here and there are coming together, piece by piece....I am guessing that in exactly one year from now, I will have an 11 sec T-Type, and in 2 years, if all goes to plan.....10.55.....hehehehehehe

Then I am getting a show car!!!! My race car will be trailered after 10.9's, and I should have some $$$ by then to be able to either get a totally show 84/85 GN, or at least one I can afford to turn show!

i know its gonns be extremely tough hitting 12s with the stock turbo. i believe these cars make mostly low end power, and think to get the magic #s im after requires a neck snapping 60ft time. to do this ive invested in a Dynatech modded trans with a transgo shift kit, 2800 stall converter, ATF cooler, lift bars (they replace the LCAs), Moroso drag springs, and some E/T streets. if i can cut a low 1.7 - high 1.6 60ft alls i should need to hit 12.99 is about 103mph. hopefully ill be able to accomplish that with the mods in my sig, running 17/18psi, and some race gas

I would like to see a 13.0, if not a 12.9. I made some changes last year and only had three runs the last race. The last run was a 13.8 with a 2.1 60', 11# of boost, and the computer was pulling out about 11 degrees of timing. This is with a stock turbo and injectors. We will see.

I also plan to hit 12's with the stock turbo and no intercooler, although mine is in a FWD 5-speed stick car and the motor isn't stock. So alot of guys will probably say that mine doesn't count.
