So i put a new motor in with the only change was a chrome alternator, so i start the car and this high pitch sequel starts so i shut the car off and and pull off the belt and restart car no sequel, so take the chrome alternator back off and put the stock one back on and restart the car still they same sequel, Could this be the belt tension er or the power steering pump gone south, Any help thank's.

did you do any aluminum pulleys? , they can squeel with a fresh belt

Its running with the same tensioner that the car came in with , It does have a aluminum pulley on the harmonica balancer and that's all, and it doe's not have a new belt on it.

Did you check to see if the pulleys are all aligned. I had the squeel when I had my AC delete bracket switched over to the Champion bracket and No squeel now. I really don't think my pulleys were all lined up at the time.
