stage I short block

I was wandering how much would it cost to build a stage one off center short block with eagle rods and crank? Od do anyone know where i can get one. I am building a 2000 firebird and i want a gn powerplant in it. and i want to run mid to high 9s with it. Any infomation will be greatfully appreciated. Or can a stock block with girdle and eagle crank and rods hold up to the job of being stronge enough to handle 9's and live another day?
