Stage II questions

I'm new to the buick world and was trying to find out some of the answers for a stage II build or where to find them.

What is the differences between the on center and off center blocks?

Will a stock intake fit with champion gn1 heads? (stage II block)

Will stock type headers fit a stage II motor with champion gn1 heads?
