Stalling after connecting Tcc wire !

I found the Tcc wire cut from the brake pedal to the transmission, after reconnecting the idle most of the time went to 0 then stalled. The scanmaster iac tps ect all look fine. I removed it from the brake switch now car runs fine. Does this have sometype of vacuum solenoid along with the elec connection. I'm stumped on this one.

The ECM is supposed to give the lock up electrical signal. Is that wire you connected to hot all the time? You may have a wiring problem.

BRUCE: This topic comes up a lot! Maybe we need a sticky for TCC woes.
