so ive replaced some parts that were bad, i have spark, have gas. car turns over and over and wants to start every once in a while but doenst fire right up. i took the egr off and pulled fuel rail off and injectors off, when doing so there was water in the egr, so question is . is water suppose to be in there? would that be the result of blown head gasket cause it looked gross like oil and water mixed together.
