I can only get 5-10 starts out of my car befor I have to jump it.
I have put a new battery, starter and soliniod, and alternator on.
The volts read 12.5 on the scanmaster when I try to start the car, and all the accessories work. I go to crank it over and I get nothing. It feels like there is no power to the car at all. Then once i jump the car i can get another 5-10 starts out of it.
If anybody has any suggestions I would greatly apperciate it
THANKS
Joe

It sounds like you may have a short somewhere in your car that is draining your battery. I had a problem like this in my Iroc, I found it by using a voltmeter and checking all my stereo wires. Do you have an upgraded stereo? if so.. check the power leads.

Does the altenator light come on, key on engine off. I know in my GN that if the alt. light is burned out, the battery will not charge.

How many volts does it show with the engine running?
