Did this chip have any writing/printing on it?
Do you have a gauge to measure fuel pressure at the rail?
New fuel filter?(it is on the frame in front of the rear tire, use line wrenches or you will wish you had)
What do the plugs and wires look like? Ohms on wires? New or at least cleaned and gapped plugs?
Measure the resistance between the posts on each coil on the coil pack.
