?steering box replace?

everything replaced in front end still not quite right,steering box next,where to find one?autozone good enough?ive got a quick ratio.any other places to order?

I'm in the same boat. Just replace everything in the front end with PST poly and a new centerlink. The steering still has a lot of slop in it. Is the gearbox the most likely culprit? I saw rockauto.com has them for about $150.

What about the rag joint? get rid of it and do the jeep swap that will help you can also adjust some of the slop out out in the box its self.

have you had someone else wiggle the steering wheel back and forth while you lay under the car and watch how things move? this makes it really easy to see where the slop is.

I bought mine at Advanced Auto about 4 years ago and had no problems with it. :smile:
