Steering Gear box Rebuilder

Who is recommended for rebuilding our steering gear? I seem to recall quite a few people were very satisfied with someone out of CA. who really knew how to re-work the GN unit. I did a search but cannnot find the name and number, I think it was Lee somebody, anyone?
