Steering Wheel removal

I am struggling for the right bolt size on the threads for pulling the wheel. Bought a kit at Harbour Freight and nothing seems right, plus the bolts are too close to the main shaft to get them square. I searched the forumns, with no luck. Whats the thread size of these?

What I do know is the steering wheel puller you can rent for zero dollars at every auto parts store has a set of bolts that fit.
