Gray VINYL steering wheel that is in very good shape. No cracks or chips. A few scuff marks on the vinyl in the back...cannot be seen from front. This is the simulated leather one that is a vinyl rubber like material that looks just like the leather ones. It has a firmer grip than the leather wrapped wheels. Wheel is straight, spokes are nice. No horn center included $95 shipped to the lower 48. 3% fees if paypaling.
