OK blew the HG it was not running right when it did it, but had ran real good before so not sure when the problem started really. But since replacing the HG it is still running like crap. I have replaced the coil since it was bad and the module both GM but the coil was one I had sitting around resistance checked out ok . Replaced plugs , fuel filter, check for vacuum leak nothing. It will run ok on till you get into it if you get on it from around 30 and up its ok. Then from a dead stop its a dog cuts out surges and then O2 will go high into the 700-800 range and stay there then drop back to normal and start cycling like it should Last time,I took it out it came up on boost and was wide open on the gas and boost just started dropping and the boost will go all over the place some time up to 20 and then only to 10 turned it down was set at 18 had turned it down but still will climb to 20. Almost could not get home it was like when you gave it gas it stopped on till you got to the spot on the throttle and it went. So just not sure were to turn on this anymore. There no shops here in Jacksonville Fl to work on them closest place is Orlando.

Would hooking up to a diagnostic computer at repair shop help find anything or would ,I be wasting my money?

Over boosting? 20psi is allot for street fuel. Need to get a grip on that. Get it down around 15-16 and see how it act's.

A scan of the ecm will give basic data. Better to have something that will record the event. Like a Powerlogger.

Make sure fuel pressure regulator is getting a good vacuum/boost signal. Verify fuel pressure drop/rise with a gauge.
Should be 42-45 line off then drop to 36-39 line on. Pressure should rise 1 to 1 with boost.

Have you tried reseting the ECM. unplug orange wire by battery wait about 3sec and plug back in? Also check your fireing order and check all plugs. Pull each plug and make sure they are not cracked. Also check ur cam sensor cap. Crank the car up then unplug the cam sensor and take it for a drive see if problem go away.

bad MAF,wrong TPS setting, maybe torn diaphram in wastegate actuator (vacume can under turbo) you blew head gasket, boost went to high,if it's the same actuator i'd replace it with HD unit.

(if the Orlando place is KDK,don't do it!!! better off going to buick dealer)

Wouldn't bring to a Buick dealer either. Half the techs weren't even when TBs came out.
