still having problems, Turbo Seized??

Some of you might remeber I'm trying to get my car to start. It was working great then all of a sudden it won't sart. I've checked everything 3 and four times. I was talking to a friend that has a Turbo Eagle Talon, he suggested sometimes when a turno seizes the car won't start. has anyone else heard of this, I thought it would run really bad or atleast make a noise. No smoke no noise, just doesn't want to start, sounds almost like I have a kill switch on it.

The car will still run with a siezed turbo, just not that great but it should start and idle fine. I can't remember what you've checked so far. Spark (at the right time), compression, and fuel is all there is to make it run. Find out which one it's missing.
