Still hearing that HISS under boost!

I have posted this question a couple of times here on the board and have gotten some really good ideas on a HISS coming from engine compartment under boost.

I WISH someone had a DYNO locally, that way I could LOOK AND LISTEN while the hood was up WHILE engine was under a Load {And under boost}

I have checked a million times the vacuum lines.

I pressure checked the IC

I replaced ALL IC hoses

I replaced EGR gasket today

I have checked and recheck all torque settings on TB, Intake manifold etc!

Please through some more hints out guys.....this is driving me bonkers!

Engine boosts to about 17-18 lbs, quickly! Good power, but I KNOW I am losing BOOST.....in small amounts.

This may sound stupid, but do you have a crack in your driver side header??

I thought about an exhaust leak too......

I have LOOKED as best as I can at the exhaust headers. And to Honest this sound is coming FROM the DRIVERS side too!!!

Problem is, you really cannot see much on the exhaust! {It's shrouded by a heat isolater}

I even got under the car, with a small mirror/tool and looked at the Drivers' header.

Let me ask you this.....WHERE EXACTLY SHOULD I BE LOOKING FOR A CRACK???? {From top or bottom of engine, which cylinder, etc.?

Could be in your cruise control system.Check the lines,diaphram,and the line and the ball under the driver's fender,behind the headlight.
