still waiting

Hey guys, I order some parts from kirban's a week ago and still waiting
never had to wait more than 3 to 4 days the most.Just wondering if any one has had any issues in the last 2 weeks with ups or others.


If i don't receive it tomarrow i will call Kirban's and get a tracking order.

Not a good time of the year to expect quick shipping. UPS even has a notice that they may be making deliveries after 7PM due to the holiday rush. Probably should have contacted Kirban first.

If you need them fast, order it from someone else, and stop/cancel the credit card.

I called Kirban Monday morning at 9:30am to place an order for some parts including gaskets I really needed by the weekend or earlier for a customers car.
I called them because they are closest to me with only one day shipping.
I expressed that I needed the parts by the end of the week.
They stated to me that the parts would get shipped out on tuesday due to a little back-up (PERFECT)
Well Friday comes, and still no parts.
I called, to find that they still were not shipped.

I understand that this time of year could be busy, but I was clear of my time frame, and they said it was not a problem.
If time was a problem for them, they should not have taken my order.
I would have just purchased what I needed from someone else, and paid for faster shipping if needed!!!!!
Totally screwed me up!!! Not the way you do business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The car is still apart, and my customer is pissed off at me,
