Yep. I saw a very interesting e-mail on the 4th about the 56 signers of the constitution, of them half were men of great wealth prior to the war. At the end, they ALL lost everything. Most evens lost their families. They stuck with it because they cared more for the future than their own lives. We are all so cushy in our lives now; I would venture to say we would be hard pressed to mount such an action. We also need to remember why we fought for our freedom in the first place: That being, over taxation and too much government intrusion into our every day life by the non-responsive British leadership. Sounds like what we are going through these days? It should. Not that I am advocating a violent attempt to overthrow the government, rather use the tools of OUR constitution and make our voices heard and speak with it LOUDLY. I think it clearly says " Of the people, by the people and for the people", not "from the government to those they feel need it most" We are the government. We need to hire good people, and watch them carefully. Not just scrutinize them every four years. The other thing is, we had over fifty years of social engineering going on with a socialist inclined congress. That will take a number of years to correct their poor guidance. Speak up. VOTE.
