stock ignition

at what point does a stock ignition seen its limit? i have herd people say 9s but i dont buy it mine is about a 10.50 car and i feel like im at the point i need more what do some of you think????

Didn't Tweaked use the stock setup in the high 7's? Most I hear about changing is closing up the plug gap some.
