Stock Springs

Does anyone have a clue how long the stock springs in your tr will last. I was thinking about putting some new ones on but was wondering if the stock ones are ok to use with some good shocks,...any ideas??

The best way to see if your springs are worn is to measure from the ground up to the wheelwell trim. Do this at the highest point of the wheelwell. My fairly new stock replacement rear springs with a 26" tall tire measure 27.75" from ground up. So anything lower than that and they are worn. On the front usually anything lower than 27" is worn mine were 26" which were worn alot.

Hpoe this gives you some idea.
