stock turbo

Anybody ever rebuilt their own turbo???? I was doing some cleaning today and looked in my up pipe and found lots of oil.... looked in the intake.... the same. pulled the intake tube more oil. Checked the shaft play.... lots. I guess the only good news is it did not get into the housing yet. Any help is appreciated..

Thanks!! I am going to try and find a good used one first but if I can't then it will be rebuild time.....
