stripped wastegate bolt

i stripped the bolt in the middile of my turbo that is causeing boost lost does anyone know how to fix this or has anyone fixed it before

Heli coil. You can get these from your parts store. I think everyone has fixed one before.

do i have to drill or take the turbo off.
